1960s Neon Hawaiian Halter Maxi sz M/L

I couldn’t love this dress more. Just a perfect 1960s psychedelic neon floral geometric print…and that open BACK!! Oof. Heavier weight cotton canvas with a double layer on the halter bib; high-neck with ties. Fresh elastic across the back for extra flexibility in sizing. Waistline is a bit higher than natural waist, but not quite empire waist. Skirt is gathered into bodice and straight with a sweet ruffle hemline; single side seam pocket. Dress was large for model but fit the size Medium / US 8 dress form well and could definitely accommodate a fuller figure!
