1990s Navy White Stripe Tshirt Dress sz S-L

Fun tshirt dress with horizontal navy and white stripes of various widths and a single red stripe. White puff paint carousel horse on the front with “Riverside” underneath. Cut to this length by me and hem left raw (it won’t fray though bc of the fabric!). It’s so comfy and versatile; wear it around the house or to sleep, or to the beach in the summer!
