The perfect spring dress! Lightweight & breezy, semi-sheer chiffon with a gorgeous striped floral feather border print. Periwinkle & black are the main colors with pinks & yellow & blues in the floral. Elastic waist (missing original belt – styled in photos with a scrap of fabric!); bloused bodice, boatneck & flyaway cap sleeves; straight fit skirt w slit on left side seam. No slip was worn for photos but you may want one ;).
