1990s Dark Floral Midi Dress sz S/M

This dress is so easy & fun to wear. With a twirly midi-length skirt & well-cut sleeveless bloused bodice, it’s the perfect mix of flirty & demure (but not too!). The dark floral is 90s perfection with a black background & pink, green, & white rose print. Top of dress has a bit of blouse to it; elastic waist (new elastic!); keyhole / button at back neck. Dress has little belt loops, but is missing original belt.
