1990s Sheer Black Velvet Rose Cheongsam sz S/M

This pretty cheongsam-style dress is made from fine-weave sheer chiffon/mesh with flocked velvet sparkle roses. Yep, that’s right.
Mandarin collar; decorative diagonal detail w satin buttons. Cap sleeves. Slits at both side seams. Dress is cut on the bias, so there is some ease to the fit.
