70s/80s Pastel Hawai’ian Wrap Dress sz S/M

This beauty was a gift from a friend and is a very special piece made in Hawai’i. Late 1970s / early 1980s, this twirly wrap dress seems made for dancing in the ocean breeze. Classic wrap design with one tie that threads through a slit in the side seam & wraps around the back to meet the outer tie at side waist. Gathered shoulders allow for some fullness in the bust. Elastic along the back waistline also provides some flexibility. Flared skirt has curved edges for a slight high / low effect of the hem. Fabric is slightly sheer so nude undergarment or a slip may be desired!
Measurements were taken with the dress tied as small as possible – please note there is some wiggle room due to the wrap design if you sacrifice a bit of the overlap!
