1960s Hot Pink Floral Kaftan / Cover-Up

Stand out in this vibrant fuchsia kaftan featuring an intricate Japanese-inspired floral print with flowers and branches of all sorts. Fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer, though the volume and color make that less noticeable. Open & easy fit; piece is essentially a rectangle of fabric w slits for the arms to come through. The only “structure” is in the bust, which has a V-neck, gathered bust cups, and a contoured underbust panel with an elastic strap on the inside of the garment that you can slip around your torso/ribs to keep the bust fixed in place. (I didn’t notice the elastic before taking the photos, so the garment is worn totally loose in photos.) The elastic is on the small side, so would need to be lengthened or removed/ignored for a larger bust. (Also note that the “cups” are probably intended for around a size M, but I truly think this would work for more ample sizes too). Center back zipper; slight curve to hem.
